All services shall be performed subject to the terms and conditions of Crane Worldwide Logistics’ bill of lading and the FMC Essential Terms Tariff, which may be found here. For ocean freight shipments to or from the United States, the Shipper or Consignee’s booking of cargo after having received e-mail communication(s) and other writings from Crane Worldwide Logistics with applicable rates and charges for the shipment(s) constitutes an automatic acceptance by Shipper or Consignee for transportation services under a Negotiated Rate Arrangement or NRA, pursuant to Title 46, U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Sections §520.13 and §532.
